We process contact information (name, email, phone) and billing information necessary for contract fulfillment and legal obligations.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used for handling inquiries, technical support, and managing your digital products. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Data security and in-app storage

Content you create in the app (e.g., Gratitude Journal) is stored locally on your device (iPhone/iPad). The developer does not access your journal content and does not operate a server that receives that data.

iCloud: The app does not upload your entries to iCloud as its own sync service. If you enable iCloud Backup for your device (or other Apple backup options), app data may be included in that backup according to Apple’s rules and encryption tied to your account and settings. Apple is responsible for how backups work; please refer to Apple’s documentation.

5. Location Access and Weather (WeatherKit)

The app may request access to your approximate location (only while using the app) to display current weather conditions with your journal entries. Weather data is provided through the official Apple WeatherKit service. Your location data is used solely to query Apple Weather and is not collected, stored, or shared with any other third parties by the developer.

6. Your Rights
