1. General Provisions
These terms govern the rights and obligations between the provider (mentioned above) and the client in the areas of software development, web services, and digital content management.
2. Orders and Project Realization
Every project is handled individually. Realization begins after the quotation and project specifications are approved. For monthly management packages, service starts on the 1st day of the agreed month.
3. Payment Terms
For one-off projects, a deposit of 30-50% may be required. Monthly fees are invoiced with a 14-day maturity period. Unless otherwise stated, prices are final.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Usage rights transfer to the client upon full payment. The provider reserves the right to showcase the work in their portfolio for reference purposes.
5. Liability and Warranties
The provider guarantees functionality within the project scope. The warranty does not cover issues caused by unauthorized third-party interventions.
6. Mobile apps (end users)
These terms primarily govern commissioned development and services from the provider. For end users of mobile apps distributed via Apple (App Store), Apple’s terms and the app description also apply.
Nature of the app. Apps such as the gratitude journal are not medical devices, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care (psychology, psychiatry, crisis support). They are personal journaling and habit-support tools for everyday wellbeing in a general sense.
No guaranteed outcome. The provider does not guarantee any specific mental state, mood, or other result from using the app. You use the app at your own discretion.
Urgent situations. If you are in crisis or your life is at risk, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. The app is not a crisis hotline.
